Client Interface Director / Key Account Director

Summary
Freedom's Group is seeking a Client Interface Director to play a vital role in delivering major projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale construction projects, understanding the client's perspective, and acting as the conduit between clients and our site delivery team to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure commitments to NGB and Freedoms are met.
* Identify all key client representatives.
* Develop and implement project communication plans.
* Define project roles and responsibilities to facilitate effective communication.
* Develop project-wide processes.
* Lead all client escalation matters.
* Create project insights and performance metrics.
* During the client initiation phase, develop the communication strategy by establishing clear channels and frequencies.
* Establish protocols for regular updates, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in large construction projects, with previous senior leadership roles such as Project Director or Senior Project Manager.
* Experience as a client representative, communication manager, or in supply chain management.
* Demonstrates empathy, outcome-focused thinking, teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to professional and technical excellence.
