The Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in enhancing the wellbeing of residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personalised, respectful care tailored to each individual
Supporting with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
Offering companionship and encouraging participation in gentle, meaningful activities
Assisting with mobility and ensuring comfort through a caring approach
Maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment with light domestic tasks
Promoting consistency and familiarity through daily routines
Bringing a calm, reassuring presence to residents and colleagues
About You
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and available to provide consistent support
