As a Manager, you will lead project teams, support the development of client relationships, and help drive internal and external initiatives. This includes delivering high-quality modelling and advisory services while managing and mentoring junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead multiple projects or programs, managing teams with cross-functional collaboration.
2. Execute projects to a high standard and conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future delivery.
3. Build and maintain strong business relationships; lead client negotiations and deliver client-focused solutions.
4. Manage project scoping, execution, and reporting on complex or high-risk engagements.
5. Identify and pursue business development opportunities and respond to client and market needs.
6. Maintain up-to-date professional accreditation and actively develop a client portfolio and network.
7. Ensure quality and profitability by managing commercial and contractual elements of each engagement.
8. Identify and communicate risks and provide mitigation strategies.
9. Contribute to management team decisions including resource planning and allocation.
10. Promote employee wellbeing and escalate concerns when needed.
11. Oversee junior staff work to ensure accuracy and quality; provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
12. Track and manage time reporting for transparency and accountability.
13. Support onboarding of new team members.
14. Participate in performance management processes including setting objectives and conducting appraisals.

Experience & Qualifications
Desired experience:
25. 3-5 years of prior work in a financial consulting or advisory role.
26. Leadership in delivering large-scale financial or infrastructure projects., including the designing and implementing of financial operating models
27. Proven ability to develop and implement financial models.
28. Experience in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
29. Demonstrated team leadership and project ownership.
Preferred qualifications:
30. A 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree or higher.
31. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACMA, ACCA) or similar.
