Role: Administrator Salary: £25,000 35 hour week Location: Cradley Heath (fully office based) Red Rock Consultants are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator, to join our client based in Cradley Heath. This is a varied position involving CRM management, customer coordination, and general office administration. Youll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing quotations and orders, coordinating surveyor workloads, and ensuring timely communication with both internal teams and external customers. The right candidate will: Have at least 3 years experienced in a similar administrative role. Have experience working in a busy office environment, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritise effectively. Be experienced processing quotations and customer purchase orders. Have strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM systems. Have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, organised approach to your work.
