This is an exciting chance to join the Mars Wrigley factory in Slough. We’re looking for mechanically-minded individuals who are passionate about maintenance. Whether your experience comes from ships, cars, tanks, lifts, generators, or similar mechanical fields, your practical skills are essential! What Are We Looking For?
Minimum of 1 year’s experience managing and coordinating operators. Skilled in diagnosing mechanical issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques. Proficient in disassembling and reassembling machinery to ensure optimal operation. A keen eye for detail to identify faults or inefficiencies in machinery. Commitment to ongoing improvement, suggesting modifications to enhance efficiency and safety. Ability to work effectively in teams, sharing insights and collaborating to resolve mechanical issues. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead first-line maintenance of production machines, making operational decisions to achieve targets. Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machinery. Accountable for the performance of several machines and processes. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify root causes of problems. Coordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to meet line targets. Assist operators with daily production tasks to ensure targets are met. What Can You Expect from Mars?
