Pay: Live out - £14.83 per hour weekdays, £15.14 per hour Saturdays, £15.46 per hour Sundays. Hours: Bank 09:30-19:30 About the Role You’ll be supporting a who has complex needs due to brain injury, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, learning disability and PEG feeding. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. He lives at home with his family, he enjoys gaming, watching YouTube, t heme parks, car journeys and road trips and shopping. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest. What We’re Looking For Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a support worker with: A genuine passion for care and making a difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Reliable, committed, and flexible approach Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours Ability to work independently and as part of a team You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and his family.
