Job Description
3. Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
4. Manage invoices, including processing, tracking, and resolving discrepancies.
5. Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
6. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
7. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
8. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts as needed.
9. Help with month-end and year-end financial closings.
10. Respond to internal and external queries related to accounting matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
