Hours: 8am-4:30 pm Monday-Thursday and Friday
Contract Type: Permanent/ Term time plus an additional x5 days

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the dedicated team at our happy school Federation.
The successful candidate will be based at Belton All Saints C of E Primary however they will be part of our Belton & Wroot Primary Federation team, taking a pivotal role in driving our Federation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school's business functions, ensuring alignment with the overall school objectives.
2. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.
3. Take charge of health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and creating a safe environment for all staff and students.
4. Lead human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development, to foster a positive and motivated workforce.
5. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, keeping up-to-date with changes that may impact the school's operations.
6. Manage administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, data management, and procurement, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing business functions within an educational setting.
8. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and oversee budgets, analyse financial data, and make informed decisions.
9. Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, safeguarding procedures, and compliance requirements within the education sector.
10. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
11. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
