This isn't just a job - it's about being part of a team of adults that helps children feel safe, supported, and able to thrive, even when life has given them a difficult start. Respond calmly to sleep disturbances, impulsivity, or emotional outbursts, including self-injury. Support with personal care and administer medication where required.
