Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Glasgow
Salary: £34,000 – £40,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary practice who offer a wide range of services to high profile projects across Scotland. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Glasgow offices.

Duties
* Manage and deliver various multi-sector projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Attend and carry out client meetings
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills and experience
* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Experience working across various sectors and across all RIBA work stages
* Proficient with Revit and NBS Chorus
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience is desirable
* Strong technical and design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
