This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Merchandiser to join Montirex, a fast-growing fashion and performance-wear brand experiencing exceptional growth across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
Working within a close-knit merchandising team, you'll gain exposure across the wider business whilst playing a key role in supporting trading performance, stock management, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain accurate intake and delivery schedules aligned to business targets
Deliver weekly trading analysis across key KPIs including stock, sales, profit, and markdown performance
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
Conduct detailed ad-hoc analysis to support wider business objectives
Raise and manage purchase orders in line with buying and delivery schedules
Own and manage the critical path, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders remain informed
Manage wholesale availability, bookings, and deliveries
Oversee monthly rebuys and stock availability to maximise trading opportunities
Liaise closely with suppliers and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues efficiently
Work collaboratively with Buying, eCommerce, Warehouse, and wider business teams to deliver key objectives
Support the business in identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvementsSkills & Experience Required:
Previous experience within fashion retail merchandising
Currently operating at Assistant Merchandiser level, or a strong MAA ready to step up
Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
Comfortable making recommendations and backing calculated risks
Passion for product, customer experience, and market trends
Energetic, ambitious, and motivated by working within a scaling businessBH36247
