ROLE OF THE JOB
We are looking for a Sheltered Scheme Officer to be based at Concorde House, Holywell with responsibility also, for a small scheme of bungalows in Blyth. This is a full-time, permanent role.
This role involves managing sheltered housing schemes, promoting resident well-being, and ensuring effective tenancy management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of a sheltered housing scheme and purpose built
* bungalows designed for those with a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimers.
* Promoting resident well-being, community spirit, and independence.
* Facilitating support for scheme residents and managing tenancy processes.
* Fostering team spirit and accountability while prioritising customer service.
* Ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining a high profile within the scheme.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
* Social Housing or Customer-focused experience.
* Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Enthusiasm and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to older people and those with a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimers.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
