We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Edinburgh for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their Property & Construction Litigation team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a top-tier Scottish law firm, advising clients on complex property disputes, including landlord/tenant issues, contractual disputes, and title and boundary matters.
Alongside the property litigation work, you will also be involved in a wide range of contentious construction issues, particularly post-completion defects claims and professional indemnity matters.
Essential Criteria:
* Qualified solicitor;
* 2-5 years’ PQE;
* Property/construction litigation experience;
* Commercial awareness;
* Ability to work within a busy environment;
* Strong time management skills;
* Problem solving skills;
* Strong communication skills;
* Team player;
* Technically excellent.
