Overview
Join the Jacobs Graduate Development Programme (GDP) and have a meaningful, positive impact on our environments, communities and societies. The programme is a structured two-year scheme designed to support your development at the start of your Jacobs career journey, combining blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and networking. You will establish yourself across four focus areas: human skills, consulting skills, championing our strategy, and your passions.
The GDP is an experience programme with a strong on‑the‑job learning component. You’ll work with your manager and mentor to collect meaningful learning experiences. The programme aims to launch your career, offering tools, experiences and support to work on meaningful projects and collaborate with industry leaders to deliver outcomes and solutions for complex challenges.
About The Opportunity
Jacobs Strategic Consulting in Europe is around 350 professionals strong and growing. We work across market sectors and throughout the infrastructure lifecycle—from strategy and financial advice to business case and planning, through to capital and operational delivery improvements for our clients’ organisations. We are seeking a talented Graduate Consultant to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics practice, one of six practice groups within Strategic Consulting. Our BI&A team develops digital consultancy capabilities—building systems, structures, management and analytics to help clients access intelligence from their data and make better business decisions faster. The start date for this position is September 2026.
You’ll need
* Be working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Management Consulting, Communications, Organisational Psychology
* A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
* Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
* You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
