FP&A Manager (Transformation & Data)

Salary - £95,000 - £110,000 + bonus and outstanding benefits.
We at Alexander Lloyd, are proud to be exclusively partnering with an instantly recognisable business as they look to hire a FP&A Manager who will focus on Finance Transformation and Data Analytics.
Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven business in Sussex that is going through an outstanding period of growth and transformation. They have made real investment in their technology, the people and the way in which they work.
The FP&A Manager will sit at the heart of the business owning the reporting infrastructure that drives planning, forecasting where you will havea real impact in the business. You'll report into the Director of FP&A and play a leading role in moving the business onto next-generation financial technology and analytics.
What you'll do:
* Lead the full FP&A reporting cycle from monthly and quarterly close through to board-level outputs, rolling forecasts and annual planning
* Set the standard for how the business plans and reports acting as a true strategic partner on assumptions, priorities and resource decisions
* Build and own the technology infrastructure that underpins FP&A and reporting, with an eye on where the business needs to be in three years' time
* Drive the shift to digital, data-led management information delivering faster, clearer insight to decision-makers across the business
* Lead a cross-functional programme to overhaul how the business reports at the most senior levels redesigning KPIs, integrating systems and modernising planning cycles
* Build and develop a high-performing team, shaping the structure and skills needed to support a finance function that's genuinely fit for the future
What you need:
* Proven experience in a senior FP&A or Financial Analytics role within a large, complex organisation
* A track record of leading financial reporting transformation not just maintaining the status quo
* Experience working in or alongside technology-driven businesses, where data and analytics sit at the heart of decision-making
* Comfortable operating at pace and influencing senior stakeholders from finance leadership through to the boardroom
* Hands-on experience delivering finance technology or systems change at scale
* Commercially sharp, analytically rigorous, and able to translate complexity into clarity
