New opportunity for a talented and ambitious Corporate M&A lawyer to join this pre-eminent Bristol (and London/national) firm.
You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high profile, complex transactions. This Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside of the City market, and the client range is incredibly impressive.
The team work across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity deals here in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. The clients vary from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors. There is genuine, enjoyable variety to the day to day work.
Importantly, this is a chance to progress your career working in a team that rightly has an excellent reputation for the way they develop their Associates and Senior Associates, and promote and progress from within. This is a role that will suit someone with at least 3+years relevant Corporate M&A experience.
