Fantastic opportunity to join a data/insights company who work with some of the worlds leading retail brands. They are on the lookout for a Planning Coordinator who is able to support their operations team by tracking and planning of installation as well as service schedules.
What the role will entail;
* Involvement with the procurement and fulfilment of equipment.
* Coordination for the end-to-end delivery of service & installation projects to the client, ensuring milestones and deadlines are matched.
* Dealing with schedules for sub-contractors.
* Placing of PO's for project materials.
* Carrying out of final checks once the job has been completed, prior to the beginning of the billing process.
The successful candidate will have;
* Experience working with Workforce Management & Resource Planning systems.
* Good working PC knowledge
* Previously worked in either Service Delivery or Customer Service/Operations.
* Ability to make fast and clear decisions.
* Interpersonal and communication skills as well as having good phone manner.
The role requires 3 days a week in the office, based in Solihull, with the other 2 days working from home.
