Your new role
As a Plumbing and Heating Lead Engineer, you'll be managing a team of 15 operatives, and accountable to the Property Maintenance Operations Manager for successful delivery of Property Maintenance teams work projects. To provide support across several allocated sites in surveying and oversight of mechanical works, combined with a hands on approach.

Leading the mechanical project team members creating a positive team working environment and training apprentices
Implementing and maintaining effective communication to the project team
