Description
Full ownership of the UK vehicle solutions business accounts, including monthly production, balance sheet management and cashflow forecasting
Strengthen and embed financial controls and procedures to support sustainable growth
Identify business risks and deliver monthly control activities
Introduce efficient, effective processes through team development and technical enhancements
Supervise and support at least two team members
Produce and present monthly financial performance analysis to senior stakeholders
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Act as the primary contact for external audit queries, ensuring timely and accurate responsesProfile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
ACCA/CIMA Finalist or qualified by experience
Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and confident in driving change
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Commercially aware with solid technical accounting expertise
Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across all levels, including non‑finance colleagues
Experience within a fast‑growing, evolving business
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Familiarity with Sage, Oracle Financials or similar systemsJob Offer
