Base pay range
We are partnered with an established organization seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead their HR function.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy that supports the business culture, growth, and the recruitment and development of all their people.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an HR strategy, aligning with and enabling the company's strategic and business goals.
2. Advise leadership and operational teams on people matters, including organizational design, talent planning, and culture initiatives.
3. Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with employment law.
4. Oversee HR systems, processes, and policies for efficiency and data integrity.
5. Manage employee relations and ensure consistent application of HR practices.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to SLT and relevant stakeholders, providing guidance on HR issues.
7. Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
8. Develop and oversee performance management and succession planning to support growth and competitive advantage.
9. Drive learning, training, and development initiatives, including monitoring and performance review processes.
10. Promote a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive culture.
11. Lead fair and transparent remuneration, rewards, and employee benefits.
12. Enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication.
13. Lead initiatives to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven senior HR leadership and management experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
2. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
3. Experience working with senior leaders and managing organizational change.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills.
5. Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery.
