Key Responsibilities
* Incentivize and motivate directly employed trade labor, occasionally engaging subcontractors for specialist works.
* Instill ownership and responsibility in teams to deliver response works to expected standards, on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction and KPIs.
* Maintain and enforce Health and Safety measures, safeguarding yourself, your team, and customers.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant experience managing a direct trade team from a similar industry is essential. Management experience in responsive maintenance or minor works within the residential/housing sector is advantageous.
* The ability to multitask, find workable solutions, and manage multiple KPI variables to achieve targets via our delivery model.
* A sound working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements; an SMSTS is required.
* An understanding of operations' impact on cost and risk management.
* A trade background (all trades considered to NVQ level 2 or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
