Senior Associate / Experienced Associate Solicitor, Commercial Real EstateBelfastOur client, a highly regarded and established law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its Belfast office at Senior Associate (or Associate) level.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, advising an impressive client base across both Northern Ireland and England & Wales. The successful candidate will play a key role within a well-established team, working on a broad range of commercial real estate matters while enjoying genuine opportunities for career progression.The RoleYou will advise on a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, acting for a range of clients including developers, investors, lenders, occupiers and corporate entities.
