Location: Basildon, Essex
Contract: Long-term contract until July 2026, with the possibility of a permanent position from August 2026 for the right candidate
Salary: £88-£100 per day (weekly pay)
Start Date: Immediate

We welcome experienced Teaching Assistants and graduates to apply. The role involves providing restorative practices to young people with diverse complex needs in an 'Outstanding' OFSTED-rated mainstream school.
Candidate Requirements:
* Enthusiastic and patient attitude
* Team player and flexible
* Level 3 qualification or higher
* Graduate in Psychology or Criminology preferred
* Strong communication skills
* SEN experience advantageous
