Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role located in Shropshire for a Family Support Worker. The Family Support Worker will be responsible for providing direct support to families and young people, assisting with case management, and working closely with children. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with social workers, offering consistent communication with families, and ensuring that each individual's needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Experience in Social Work and Family Services
* Skills in Case Management and Working with Children
* Strong Communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Relevant certifications in Social Work or Family Services are a plus
* Experience in crisis intervention is beneficial
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
