The Opportunity
As Product Engineering Manager, you'll guide a Back End engineering team through a busy, high-impact roadmap. You'll drive delivery discipline, create structure in a dynamic environment, and ensure the team is always focused on the highest-value outcomes.
You won't be hands-on coding, but your technical strength will help shape decisions, support engineers, and influence how work gets delivered. Just as importantly, you'll work closely with product partners, translating product goals into clear engineering plans and keeping the team aligned to what really matters.
What You'll Do
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a Back End engineering team (6 engineers)
2. Drive predictable, high-quality delivery and remove blockers
3. Influence product priorities and translate them into executable technical work
4. Promote best practice, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
