The role
As part of the team, you’ll manage your own caseload of personal injury matters arising from employers’ liability, public liability and clinical negligence claims. You’ll be involved in progressing cases from initial instruction through to resolution, while maintaining a high standard of client service throughout.
You’ll work closely with more experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to a broad range of issues and developing your technical and procedural skills in a supportive team setting.
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
* Is an NQ–2 years’ PQE solicitor
* Has experience of personal injury either from traineeship or post‑qualification
* Is keen to build confidence managing their own caseload
* Communicates clearly and professionally with clients
* Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
* Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
