We are looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to join our Workplace Distribution team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform well under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Completing complex excel calculations to support the transition of members assets into new defaults, with a view to leading any impact analysis (lookups, macros, pivot tables) Analysing and loading member data, in line with agreed project timescales Providing feedback to the Implementation team on client requirements and business system capabilities Processing of bulk financial transactions either via excel spreadsheet upload or into front end system user interface Maintaining data accuracy and integrity in all analysis Handling large data sets comprising of pension scheme members’ personal and investment information We’d love to hear from you if you have: Exceptional excel skills: extensive knowledge of lookups, pivot tables, tables, complex Macros etc Experience of analysing and processing large data sets involving confidential member information Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of data management Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to understand multiple business processes across various functions & systems Experience of minimising risks and multitasking/prioritising effectively What’s in it for you?
