We are now hiring an Accountancy & Finance Recruiter to join our Glasgow team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established desk, supporting clients while building your own A&F market.
What you'll be doing:
* Building and developing your own Accountancy & Finance recruitment desk.
* Partnering with clients across industry, commerce, and professional services.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across qualified and part-qualified finance roles.
* Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
* Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
* Building a strong candidate network within finance.
* Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.

* Experience in recruitment or finance-related background.
* Strong interest in the A&F market.
* Commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
