Product Owner – AEP / Customer Experience (Contract) - £400 Per Day - Inside IR35
We’re working with a leading B2C organisation looking for a Product Owner to support a critical phase of delivery across their Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving programme focused on customer experience and data-driven personalisation.
Location
* Remote (UK-based)
* Occasional onsite during initial onboarding
Contract Details
* £400 per day (Inside IR35)
* Initial 3-month contract (with potential extension)
* Immediate start preferred
The Role
You’ll play a key role in driving delivery across a high-priority programme, working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
* Owning and managing the product backlog
* Writing clear, actionable user stories
* Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
* Supporting day-to-day delivery and programme coordination
* Ensuring a strong focus on customer experience and personalisation
* Contributing to initiatives such as customer journeys and basket recovery
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
* Data Product / Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
* Customer Experience / Digital Product Ownership in B2C environments
Key skills:
* Strong understanding of customer data and data-driven products
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving programmes
