We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at our Wakefield location. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy and successful Aftersales department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, accurately, and proactively. Specifically, Accurately invoicing repair orders to ensure prompt payment processing Handling warranty and servicing invoicing Performing various administrative duties associated with the service process Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer’s warranty claims, processes and procedures Ensuring technician write-up reports are accurate and complete Your profile You will have proven experience in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry. An understanding of the DRIVE/Kerridge system would also be advantageous, as is an understanding of vehicle operations and warranty claims. The right candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
