Your Purpose
As Area Sales Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care is delivered consistently across your region. You will empower teams, strengthen communities, and create the conditions where carers and clients alike can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire and lead a high-performing, compassionate team of first-class carers within your community.
* Drive purpose-led business growth, building trusted relationships and expanding services to meet local needs.
* Embed and uphold exceptional operational standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and outstanding client experiences.
* Provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational support, ensuring resources, planning, and delivery align with client needs.
* Collaborate across operations, finance, people services, brand, and commercial teams to deliver a seamless, transparent service.
* Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and client satisfaction, using insight to continuously improve outcomes.
* Champion a people-first culture, sustainability, and meaningful community engagement initiatives.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in home care, healthcare or medical profession (preferred but not essential - attitude and purpose is key)
* Self starter - ability to build and lead a business
* Passion for sales - able to formulate and execute sales strategies
* 10+ years’ experience in senior leadership roles (Director of Operations, Area / Regional Director, or multi-site General Manager)

* Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into action.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience engaging owners, partners, and corporate teams.
* A proven track record of leading complex operations, transformation, and growth initiatives.
* Confidence navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
* Willingness to travel to support teams, projects, and key stakeholders.
