Salary: £39,906 to £56,535 per annum

Job Overview
We are seeking a Lecturer to shape future‑focused higher education programmes in AI for business, digital transformation and organisational change. The role involves curriculum development, teaching, and engagement with industry, charitable and public‑sector partners.
Responsibilities
* Deliver teaching sessions (lectures, seminars, tutorials, workshops, assessment activities) across relevant subject areas.
* Develop curriculum content and lead the creation of Digital and Business Transformation and AI for Business modules.
* Support student learning through academic guidance, pastoral support and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
* Supervise student research projects and applied academic work.
* Maintain subject expertise by staying current in AI strategy, digital transformation and organisational change.
* Contribute to research activities, including publications, conference presentations and externally funded projects.
* Undertake administrative duties such as timetabling, student selection, attendance monitoring and examination processes.
* Build external partnerships with industry, public‑sector and charitable organizations.
* Promote courses and programmes through student recruitment and marketing activities locally, nationally and internationally.
* Participate in staff development and continuous professional development opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Hold a first degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a related subject area.
* Strong understanding of Digital and Business Transformation and AI for business.
* Experience in academic teaching, research or professional practice in related areas.
* Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately to a range of audiences.
* Ability to establish collaborative links with academic, business and public‑sector partners.
* Able to provide guidance, mentoring and learning support to students.
* Experience gathering, analysing and presenting information and findings effectively.
Desirable
* A PhD in a related subject area would be advantageous.
* Previous experience in AI strategy, organisational change or digital transformation projects.
* Experience developing innovative teaching materials and learning approaches.
* Experience building internal and external professional networks.
* Ability to adapt and improve services to meet stakeholder expectations.
