As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will foster an exciting work environment focused on family, fun, and community. You will help lead and drive daily restaurant operations.
You will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising team performance and ensuring positive guest experiences.
In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, you will lead food and beverage service. Strong communication and people management skills are essential. You should be confident, detail-oriented, yet approachable and informal.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and exposure to busy restaurant service.
