This position is providing direct PA support to the Head of our Private Client Team and Equity Partner of the firm. This is a newly developed position based in our busy Cheltenham office, and would best suit a meticulous individual.
Responsibilities of a PA include:
• Proactive diary management for allocated Partner.
• Being the first point of contact for clients.
• Administrative and business support for allocated Partner.
• Preparing correspondence and documents through word-processing and audio typing.
• Drafting and formatting of letters, documents and forms.
• Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
About You
As a PA you will have:
• Experience within a legal or professional services environment, previous exposure to private client work being advantageous.
• Sound IT knowledge including Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
• A demonstrated history with diary management.
• Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Accurate typing abilities, audio typing skills would be highly desirable.
• History of client contact.
• Ability to organise ever changing priorities.
