About the Role
Connex Education is working with a network of welcoming primary schools across Normanton, Littleover and surrounding areas who are seeking reliable Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply and longer-term roles.
With the current term coming to a close, schools are beginning to confirm their support staff requirements for the new term and are looking to secure dependable Teaching Assistants in advance.
The role involves supporting pupils to access learning, working one-to-one or with small groups, and assisting teachers in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, education graduates, or experienced Teaching Assistants seeking flexible, local work.

Person Specification
12. Recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting
13. Confident supporting learning on a one-to-one or small-group basis
14. Patient, adaptable, and strong communication skills
15. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
