Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues.
* Install and configure operating systems, devices, and peripherals.
* Set up workstations and user accounts for new joiners.
* Assist with IT inventory management and procurement.
* Perform routine IT-related checks and procedures.
* Monitor and maintain WiFi access points, network infrastructure, and internet connectivity.
* Manage and support CCTV and access control systems.
* Provide IT support to staff, crew, and engineers on site.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role.
* Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications.
* Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and TCP/IP networking.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritise issues effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A valid and clean UK driving licence is preferred.
Education & Experience
* Diploma‑level education in IT or industry certification (e.g. CompTIA A+), or equivalent hands‑on experience.
