Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Bracknell About the Role We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bracknell that’s looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. You’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils across the classroom, help deliver engaging lessons, and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed. This role would suit someone calm, reliable, and genuinely interested in helping children reach their potential. Key Responsibilities Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities. Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups. Encourage positive learning behaviour and engagement. Help maintain a safe, organised, and inclusive learning space. Offer feedback on pupil progress to the teaching team. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or in a school environment (preferred). A patient, supportive, and proactive approach. Good communication and teamwork skills. A genuine interest in education and child development. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
