Interim SME Finance Manager - Gloucester
Salary / Day Rate: £250-£300 per day (or £55k FTE) | 4-6 months
A growing SME in Gloucester is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to support the business through a key period of growth. This is a broad, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full finance function and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of month-end and management accounts
* Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Business partnering with senior leadership
* Managing transactional finance processes
* Improving systems, controls, and reporting
About You:
* Qualified or QBE (strong SME experience considered)
* Previous experience in a standalone / SME environment
* Commercially minded with strong communication skills
* Proactive and comfortable in a hands-on role
