About the role
As a 1-to-1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of a child with special needs or challenging behavior. Working closely with the class teacher and special educational needs coordinator (SENCO), you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of the student.

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant - Mainstream you will:
1. Adaptability to work in day-to-day supply or commit to long-term positions.
2. Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
3. Previous experience within a Primary School with a similar role

Salary
£11 to £12 per hour
All staff, children and parents work to support each other with Health and a positive mindset, resilience and independence. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
