Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in the day-to-day management of the clinical team, ensuring that residents receive excellent quality of care. This will involve leading and mentoring the nursing staff, maintaining clinical standards, and promoting a positive, caring, and professional environment. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team. The role also requires you to work collaboratively with the wider management team to ensure the smooth running of the home.

Qualifications
* To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin. Experience in a similar leadership role within a care home setting is highly desirable, as is a track record of delivering excellent clinical outcomes and person-centered care. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the wider management team.
