The Senior Account Director will take ownership of client success, team development, and department-wide excellence — with full strategic input across operations, growth, and leadership
Role Highlights
The Senior Account Director will:
– Lead and optimise performance marketing for a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clients
– Mentor senior performance leaders and build a high-performance, collaborative culture
– Drive measurable commercial outcomes through strategic client planning
– Act as a senior point of contact for client stakeholders, including C‑suite decision makers
– Design scalable systems and ways of working across the paid media function
You Will Need
The Senior Account Director will bring:
– A proven track record in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
– Experience leading large, senior teams and growing a department at pace
– Strong commercial acumen and data-led decision making
– Deep expertise across paid digital channels and ecommerce trends
– Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing board-level strategy
