The Role: As Customer Success Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of established and new clients across EMEA. This will include onboarding/training, retention/renewals and growth/upsells. Reporting to the Head Of Account Management for EMEA and as part of a small close-knit team, you'll be supported by cross functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Product and Delivery. Key Responsibilities: Drive growth and retention by working to renew and upsell existing clients - to meet revenue targets Collaborate with key stakeholders/internal teams to support clients and ensure customer success Deliver training to customers and execute user-adoption strategies What We're Looking For: Recruitment background (ex-recruiter) OR SaaS B2B account management/customer success or sales (preferably recruitment/HR technology/software) Track record of managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of 50 existing accounts, including negotiating renewals and hitting sales targets Fluent/native English Driven, ambitious, action/goal-oriented individual Not required but preferrable to have experience with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success platforms (ideally, ChurnZero) What We Offer: Unlimited AL/PTO Hybrid working Learning & development within passionate, successful team Working for fast-growing, innovative, market-leading AI company
