The Role
As an Education Candidate Resourcer, you will:
* Source, attract and register high-quality candidates for roles within schools and education settings.
* Build strong talent pools and manage candidate pipelines.
* Conduct pre-screening, compliance checks and interviews.
* Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to meet client staffing needs.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
About You
To be successful, you will need:
* Experience resourcing candidates within the Education or Social Care sector (essential).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise.
* Confidence using job boards, social media and recruitment technology to identify talent.
