Job Title: Corporate Account Executive

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus + Benefits

Role Summary:
This position suits an experienced Corporate Account Executive who’s ready to build and shape their own client portfolio. You’ll have the platform, reputation, and infrastructure of a leading brokerage - but with the freedom to bring and develop your own book of business, supported by dedicated handlers and a regional claims team. The role focuses on large commercial and corporate clients, typically generating £20,000+ in income per case, and offers a clear path for long-term growth and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of large commercial and corporate clients, typically £20k+ income per client
* Bring across existing client relationships where appropriate and continue to grow the portfolio through targeted business development
* Deliver exceptional service through regular client meetings, renewals, and strategic account management
* Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive, best-in-market terms and coverage
* Collaborate with account handlers, claims, and regional leadership to ensure clients receive outstanding support
* Maintain full compliance with internal processes and contribute to team best practices
Requirements:
* Established Corporate Account Executive with experience managing large commercial clients
* Demonstrable track record of generating and retaining income - ideally with some transferable client relationships
* Strong technical knowledge across multiple lines of commercial insurance
* Self-driven, commercially astute, and confident engaging senior stakeholders
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Collaborative, professional, and aligned with a client-first culture
