About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Service Delivery Team – Legal Support as a Service Delivery Officer. This full-time administrative role is central to supporting our solicitors and legal assistants across a range of legal disciplines.
As a key member of the team, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, producing high-quality legal documents with precision and accuracy, often to tight deadlines. You will also be responsible for using and maintaining our in-house case management system to ensure that information is recorded correctly and efficiently.
This is a fantastic role for a confident, organised professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of the post holder
· Provide financial administration in line with financial regulations
· Prepare legal correspondence, court documents, reports and presentations to a high professional standard
· Organise, maintain and develop our electronic practice and case management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
· Use Microsoft applications (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) confidently to support daily tasks
· Support solicitors and legal assistants with a variety of administrative tasks
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
· Has experience in Financial administration and understands the importance of following regulations
· Are skilled in producing professional documents and correspondence
· Enjoys working with case management systems and can maintain accurate, well-organised files
· Are highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
· Has excellent organisational skills, communication skills and a proactive approach
· Works well independently as well as part of a team
