Chef de Partie
* Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum (basic) circa £8,000 in gratuities annually (£38K TO £40K ote)

Our client’s esteemed characterful country pub known for seasonal, locally-sourced food and warm hospitality. Now on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. What You’ll Do:
* Run your section efficiently during busy services
* Work closely with senior chefs to prepare dishes to spec and high standards
* Support junior kitchen staff with training and development
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready to step up
* Strong work ethic and passion for quality, seasonal food
* Ability to work well under pressure in a close-knit team
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
