Due to ongoing expansion, EZ Living Interiors are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Belfast Distribution Centre team.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
* Liaising with the sales and administration staff from NI stores regarding order status and deliveries.
* Preparing dispatch documents required for daily runs, in preparation for picking and loading of products by the Warehouse team, and the preparation of the daily run sheet.
* Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure deadlines are met.
* Ensure customer service requirements are fulfilled through the management, effective receipt of goods, order picking and shipping.
* To manage effectively any in house accounts that fall within your defined jurisdiction ensuring all records are maintained in an accurate & timely manner.
* To complete any reasonable other tasks & duties that may arise.
* Liaise with multiple business departments including warehousing, accounts and purchasing.
Requirements
* Previous administration experience required.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and adaptability.
* Knowledge of logistics is preferable but not essential.
* Excellent computer skills
