At Saint-Gobain Formula we're looking for a Production Shift Manager to inspire and lead an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team, ensuring we manufacture our products efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality for our customers.
This Shift Manager role will be a part of the Production Team. You'll be managing a team of up to 10 operatives and will work collaboratively with the Engineering, Quality, and Leadership teams to meet our production targets.
Formula is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brands. Formula is a leading supplier of industrial gypsum and plaster products, with applications in multiple industries including construction materials, ceramics, dental and personal care, food and agriculture, and more. Formula currently operates from 8 global manufacturing sites, supplying over 80 countries across all 5 continents.
You'll be working 12-hour shifts following this pattern: 3 day shifts, then 2 off. 2 day shifts, then one off. 2 night shifts, then 2 days off. 3 night shifts, then 6 days off. It's a three-weekly rotating pattern that gives you an excellent work/life balance.
