What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using a handset that plans your route around the store, indicating what you need to select and the time allocated for each shop.
* Handling customer queries behind the scenes, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.
* Always ready to serve customers brilliantly, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
* Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as required.

* If shifts cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you need to be at least 18 years old.
