Salary: From £42,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits
An established and growing law firm in the Milton Keynes area is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor (NQ – 5 years PQE) to join its busy and supportive property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or an early-career conveyancer looking to develop their expertise within a well-regarded firm that values quality service, teamwork, and professional growth.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters with appropriate supervision, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ – 5 years PQE)
* Experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently or with supervision
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Well‑organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
